IP-beveiligingscamera Hikvision Pro Series DS-2CD2067G2H-LI ColorVu

The Hikvision Pro Series DS-2CD2067G2H-LI ColorVu is a wired outdoor bullet IP security camera engineered to deliver high-resolution color images in a variety of lighting conditions. With a sensor capable of producing 3200 x 1800 pixel video at up to 30 fps, a 105.1° horizontal field of view and a 360° rotation capability, the unit provides broad scene coverage and detailed capture for perimeter and area monitoring. Built around Hikvision's ColorVu and Smart Hybrid Light technologies, this camera is designed to preserve color fidelity and clarity even in low-light or near-dark environments while maintaining a compact, wall-mounted white housing suitable for many outdoor installations.

Advantages

The ColorVu imaging system combined with a large-aperture lens and adjustable lighting modes enables accurate color reproduction at night and improved detail in low-light scenes without relying solely on infrared. A 30 fps frame rate supports smoother motion capture for moving targets, and integrated video motion detection helps trigger events and recordings when activity is detected. Wired Ethernet connectivity ensures stable data throughput and power delivery where PoE is available, and the camera's design supports straightforward wall mounting for typical outdoor placements.

Suitable for

• Perimeter and entrance monitoring at commercial or residential sites
• Parking lots and open areas requiring long-distance detection
• Low-light and night-time surveillance where color detail is important
• Fixed outdoor wall-mounted installations with wired network connections

How to use

Install the camera on a stable wall surface using the included mounting hardware and position it to cover the intended area. Connect the camera to a network switch or NVR using Ethernet cable; if your system supports Power over Ethernet (PoE), a single cable can provide both power and data. Configure basic settings such as resolution, frame rate, exposure and ColorVu lighting modes through the camera’s web interface or a compatible Hikvision management application. Enable video motion detection and adjust sensitivity and detection areas to reduce false alarms and ensure meaningful event capture.

Recommendations

For best low-light color performance, select an installation location with minimal direct glare and allow the ColorVu lighting mode to adapt automatically. Use PoE-enabled network equipment when possible to simplify installation. Regularly check firmware updates from Hikvision and perform periodic cleaning of the lens and housing to maintain image clarity. When monitoring long ranges, verify camera angle and elevation to optimize the stated detection distance.
