TP-Link VIGI C440(2.8mm) turret IP-beveiligingscamera binnen & buiten 2560 x 1440 pixel plafond

All The Colors, All The Time. The 4MP Full-Color Turret Network Camera by VIGI offers full-color imaging, PoE-powered single-cable installation, and onboard SD storage. Designed for business surveillance, the camera supports smart detection, active defense with sound and light alarms, and flexible management via VIGI NVR, mobile app, or Security Manager.

Advantages

The camera provides continuous full-color video and advanced image processing including Smart IR, Wide Dynamic Range (WDR) and 3D DNR to maintain detail in varied lighting. Power-over-Ethernet (PoE) enables plug-and-play setup with a single RJ45 cable for both power and data. Smart detection features — motion detection, area intrusion, line-crossing and tamper alerts — deliver timely notifications. Active defense triggers audible and visual alarms for immediate response. Multiple storage and management options include local SD card, VIGI NVR, mobile app and Security Manager for flexible control.

Key specifications

• Resolution: 4MP full-color imaging
• Power: PoE (one-cable RJ45 connection)
• Smart detection: Motion detection, area intrusion, line-crossing, camera tampering
• Active defense: Sound and light alarms
• Image enhancement: Smart IR, WDR, 3D DNR
• Compression: Optimized video compression to save bandwidth and storage
• Storage & management: Onboard SD card slot, VIGI NVR, mobile app, Security Manager

How to use

Install the turret camera in the desired location and route the RJ45 cable through the side outlet or ceiling as required. Connect the camera to a PoE switch or injector using a single Ethernet cable to provide both power and data. Configure smart detection zones, line-crossing boundaries and alarm responses in the VIGI app, Security Manager or on the VIGI NVR. Insert an SD card for local recording if needed and test active defense functions to ensure sound and light alarms operate correctly.

Recommendations

For reliable business surveillance, mount the 4MP full-color turret camera at a height that captures faces and key activity zones. Use PoE infrastructure for straightforward installation and enable smart detection with properly adjusted sensitivity and defined zones to reduce false alerts. Regularly check SD card health and update firmware via the VIGI app or Security Manager to maintain optimal performance.
