IP-camera DAHUA IPC-HFW2249M-S-LED-0360B met LED-verlichting, netwerkvideobewaking

DAHUA IPC-HFW2249M-S-LED-0360B is a network IP camera with integrated LED illumination intended for surveillance applications. Designed to operate as part of IP-based video systems, the camera supports continuous monitoring, remote viewing, and evidence capture. The device is suitable for installation in locations where additional scene lighting is required from the camera itself.

Advantages

The camera combines image capture and built-in LED lighting to provide improved scene visibility in low-light conditions without requiring separate illumination equipment. Its network interface enables remote access and integration with standard video management systems. The unit's form factor and mounting options allow for flexible placement for perimeter, entrance or property monitoring.

Suitable for

• Perimeter and outdoor area monitoring (installation-dependent weather protection required)
• Entrance and doorway surveillance where integrated illumination is useful
• Remote site observation and recording via network video systems
• Residential or commercial property monitoring requiring continuous or scheduled recording

Key specifications

• Camera type: network (IP) surveillance camera with integrated LED illumination
• Primary function: continuous video capture and network transmission for monitoring and evidence
• Illumination: built-in LEDs for improved low-light performance
• Connectivity: network (Ethernet) interface for remote viewing and integration with VMS/NVR
• Mounting: fixed housing suitable for wall or ceiling installation depending on site

How to use

Install the camera according to local mounting and safety requirements, ensuring the housing and connections are protected from weather if used outdoors. Connect the device to the network using Ethernet cabling and configure IP settings to match the local network. Integrate the camera with your network video recorder or video management software, set recording schedules, motion detection or other event triggers as required, and adjust the built-in LED illumination and angle to achieve the desired scene coverage.

Recommendations

For reliable operation in outdoor installations, verify that the mounting location provides appropriate weather protection and cable routing. Regularly check firmware updates and use secure network practices such as strong passwords and firewall rules when enabling remote access. Adjust illumination and camera angle to avoid overexposure from the built-in LEDs in close-range scenes.
