Jung AS 581 BFKL WW is a white screwless cover plate made from thermoplastic, sized 80.5 × 80.5 mm for mounting standard modular switches, sockets and push-buttons with centre plate from the AS / A ranges. The flat, screw-free design delivers a discreet finish that integrates with residential and commercial interiors. Supplied as a single-piece cover plate, it fits standard mounting frames and is intended for visible surface installation where a minimal aesthetic and straightforward maintenance are required.

Advantages

The screwless cover plate offers a seamless appearance with no visible fixing screws, reducing dust accumulation and simplifying cleaning. Thermoplastic construction provides dimensional stability and resistance to everyday wear while keeping the unit lightweight. The 80.5 × 80.5 mm format ensures compatibility with standard modular devices in the AS / A series, enabling consistent design across multiple fittings. The white finish supports neutral interior styling and easy colour matching with other fittings.

How to use

Ensure the electrical supply is isolated before beginning installation. Fit the compatible modular device into the mounting frame or wall box according to the device manufacturer’s instructions, then align the Jung AS 581 BFKL WW cover plate over the centre plate and press into place until it clips securely. The screwless design hides the fixing points behind the plate; do not force or bend the plate during installation. After fitting, restore power and verify correct operation of the mounted switch or socket.

Recommendations

Use only with compatible AS / A range devices and standard mounting frames. Clean the surface with a soft, damp cloth and avoid abrasive cleaners or solvents that can damage the thermoplastic finish. For safe installation and electrical connections, follow local regulations and, where required, engage a qualified electrician.
