K2 Systems D-Dome 6.10 basisset met BasicRail 2,48m voor modulebreedtes 960-1170mm

Flat roof solar installations often face the challenge of securing panels without penetrating the roof membrane, risking leaks and structural damage. The K2 Systems D-Dome 6.10 Base Set solves this by providing a ballasted, aerodynamic mounting solution that holds modules securely while protecting the roof. This set includes two D-Dome 6.10 bases and two 2.48m BasicRails, designed for modules with widths between 960 and 1170 mm, in landscape orientation at a 10° tilt.

Who is it for

This system is ideal for solar installers and contractors working on flat commercial or residential roofs, including bitumen, foil, gravel, and green roofs. It suits projects where roof penetration is not permitted or desired, and where quick, reliable installation is essential.

Main features

• Aerodynamic, non-penetrating design reduces ballast requirements and protects the roof membrane.
• Compatible with module widths 960–1170 mm and frame heights 30–50 mm (with K2 OneClamps).
• 10° tilt angle optimizes energy yield while maintaining low wind profile.
• Constructed from high-grade aluminum (EN AW-6063 T66, EN AW-6060 T6) and stainless steel (A2) for durability and corrosion resistance.
• Includes D-Dome 6.10 bases and BasicRails; expandable with connectors and clamps for larger arrays.
• TÜV Rheinland and MCS certified, backed by a 12-year product warranty.

Tips

Ensure the roof surface is level and free of debris before installation. For larger arrays, use additional D-Dome 6.10 Base Sets and connect rails with BasicRail Connectors. Always follow local wind load calculations to determine necessary ballast.
