Kabel-genderadapter DeLOCK 88170 RJ10 0,03 m transparant wit

The DeLOCK 88170 is a compact 0.03 m telephone cable gender changer with RJ10 connectors and gold-plated contacts. Designed to be inserted between a handset and its cord, the adapter allows the cable to rotate freely and prevents tangling, reducing the risk of loose contacts and cable breakage. The transparent white housing integrates unobtrusively into office or home phone setups.

Advantages

The adapter enables 360° rotation of the handset cable to prevent twisting and knots. Gold-plated contacts improve electrical conductivity and corrosion resistance for stable connections. Its short connection cable fits seamlessly into existing handset cords without adding bulk.

How to use

Disconnect the handset cord from the handset or base, insert the DeLOCK 88170 between the handset and the cord by connecting the RJ10 plugs, and reconnect the assembly to the handset or base as required. The short integrated cable and rotating adapter allow the handset cord to turn freely while remaining connected.

Recommendations

Use the adapter in dry indoor environments. Avoid pulling or twisting the cable excessively beyond normal handset movement to prolong the life of the adapter and handset cord. If contact issues persist, inspect connectors for debris or damage and replace if necessary.
