Kabel ShiverPeaks Basic-S 100 m veelkleurig

The ShiverPeaks Basic-S 100 m Multicolour cable is a 100-metre flexible connectivity cable with a multicolour finish and a grey outer sheath. Engineered to meet established industry standards, this cable is intended for general-purpose wiring where length, visibility of conductors and durable construction are required. Its multicolour inner arrangement simplifies identification during installation and maintenance while the grey outer jacket provides a neutral, professional appearance.

Advantages

The cable combines long run length with a compact, flexible construction that eases routing through conduits and cable trays. Colour-coded conductors reduce installation time and the likelihood of wiring errors. The outer jacket delivers resistance to normal wear and handling, and the cable’s specification compliance indicates consistent manufacturing quality and electrical performance.

Suitable for

• Indoor signal and control wiring in residential and commercial buildings
• Temporary power or distribution runs for events and installations
• Structured cabling where conductor identification is helpful during termination
• Extension runs behind panels, racks or equipment with moderate mechanical stress

Key specifications

• Total length: 100 m
• Outer sheath colour: grey
• Multicolour inner conductor identification
• Construction: flexible cable suitable for routing through conduits and cable trays
• Standard compliance: manufactured to meet recognised construction and performance criteria

How to use

Measure and cut the required length from the 100 m spool, leaving allowance for termination and bends. Strip the outer sheath carefully to expose the multicolour conductors and identify individual cores by their colours before making terminations. Use appropriate connectors or terminal blocks rated for the application and ensure secure mechanical and electrical connections. Route the cable following local wiring regulations and avoid sharp bends, excessive tension or contact with heat sources.

Recommendations

For best results, store the cable on a spool in a dry environment and avoid prolonged UV exposure. Select connectors and installation accessories compatible with the cable gauge and intended voltage. When used in permanent installations, follow local electrical codes and, where required, have terminations inspected or installed by a qualified technician.
