Kabelbinder InLine 300 mm × 4.8 mm, nylon, treksterkte 215,7 N, 100 stuks

InLine cable ties, 300 mm × 4.8 mm, are made of white nylon (polyamide 6.6) and provide a tensile strength of 215.7 N. Supplied in a pack of 100 pieces, these cable ties are designed for reliable bundling and fastening in a variety of environments. The ties feature self-locking teeth for secure holding and are abrasion-resistant, offering good performance in applications where mechanical wear or contact with oils and seawater may occur.

Advantages

These nylon cable ties are simple to apply by hand and lock quickly due to their integrated ratchet teeth, delivering consistent clamping force without tools. The polyamide 6.6 construction gives elevated resistance to oil, grease and sea water, and provides mechanical robustness and abrasion resistance for long-lasting fastening. Supplied in bulk quantities, the pack of 100 supports multiple installations and routine maintenance tasks.

Suitable for

• Bundling and organizing electrical and data cables in homes and offices
• Securing hoses and conduits in workshops and garages
• Fastening small fixtures and mounting light components
• Cable management in server racks and IT cabinets
• General fastening tasks where a moderate tensile strength is required

Key specifications

• Length: 300 mm
• Width: 4.8 mm
• Material: Nylon (polyamide 6.6)
• Tensile strength: 215.7 N
• Color: White
• Quantity per pack: 100 pieces
• Resistance: Good resistance to oil, grease and seawater; abrasion-resistant

How to use

Insert the tail of the cable tie through the head and pull until the desired bundle diameter is achieved. The self-locking teeth will engage to hold the tie in place. For the tightest securement, pull the tail firmly by hand; avoid excessive force that could damage cables or the tie. If removal is required, cut the tie with appropriate cutting pliers or scissors, taking care not to nick nearby cables.

Recommendations

Store the cable ties in a closed bag and avoid prolonged exposure to direct sunlight or heat sources such as radiators to prevent drying and embrittlement. Choose the appropriate tie length and apply moderate tension to protect insulated cables and hoses. For applications requiring UV-stability or higher chemical resistance, select a product specifically rated for those conditions.
