Kabelbinder InLine 60 mm × 2,5 mm zwart, treksterkte 78,5 N, 100-pack

InLine cable ties, 60 mm × 2.5 mm in black, sold in a pack of 100, are short nylon fasteners designed for bundling and securing cables, small hoses and light components in confined spaces. Made from polyamide 6.6, each tie features internal teeth that lock securely and provide a tensile strength of 78.5 N. The compact dimensions make these ties suitable where space is limited while the temperature range from -20 °C to 85 °C supports use in common indoor and vehicle environments.

Advantages

These InLine cable ties combine a compact form factor with reliable retention due to the internal tooth locking mechanism. The polyamide 6.6 material offers resistance to water, oils and greases, and maintains mechanical performance across the stated temperature range. The 100-piece pack provides a convenient quantity for installations, maintenance tasks and stocking small parts for recurring use.

Suitable for

• Bundling and organizing electrical and data cables in electronics enclosures
• Securing small hoses and tubing in automotive trim and under-dash areas
• Home wiring, entertainment systems and PC cable management in tight spaces
• Temporary or permanent fastening of light components in workshops and production

Key specifications

• Length: 60 mm
• Width: 2.5 mm
• Color: black
• Material: polyamide (nylon) 6.6
• Tensile strength: 78.5 N
• Operating temperature range: -20 °C to 85 °C
• Pack quantity: 100 pieces
• Internal tooth locking mechanism for secure hold

How to use

Insert the tail of the cable tie through the head and pull manually until the desired bundle tightness is achieved; the internal teeth will lock the tie in place. For consistent tension or repetitive tasks, use a cable tie tensioning/cutting tool to apply a controlled pull and trim the excess neatly. Avoid over-tightening on delicate cables or soft tubing to prevent deformation.

Recommendations

Store cable ties in a closed bag or container away from direct sunlight and strong heat sources such as radiators to prevent drying and loss of elasticity. For outdoor or prolonged UV exposure applications, consider dedicated UV-stabilized ties. Follow recommended tensioning practices to maintain cable integrity and observe the temperature limits for reliable performance.
