Kabelcrimptang Gedore 1830759 diepte 105 mm hoogte 30 mm gewicht 423 g

The Gedore 1830759 cable crimper is a flexible, lightweight tool designed for precise crimping of cable connectors. With a depth of 105 mm, height of 30 mm and weighing 423 g, it supports both right- and left-handed use and is suitable for working with insulated and non-insulated terminals within its self-adjusting range.

Advantages

Positive locking ensures the crimping cycle completes reliably while the release mechanism allows removal of incorrectly crimped connectors and frees blockages. A precision eccentric setting provides constant crimp quality and enables calibration. The tool is self-adjusting across a wide conductor range from 0.5 to 6 mm² (AWG 22–AWG 10), combining ease of use with consistent results.

How to use

Place the stripped conductor into the appropriate connector, position the connector in the crimping jaw, and squeeze the handles until the positive locking completes the crimping cycle. If a connector is crimped incorrectly or the tool becomes blocked, use the release mechanism to open the jaws and remove the connector. Use the precision eccentric setting to fine‑tune the crimp height and maintain consistent results; follow any terminal manufacturer recommendations for crimp dimensions.

Recommendations

Use the Gedore 1830759 with cables within the stated range (0.5–6 mm²). Inspect terminals and conductors before crimping, and verify crimps with a pull test or according to applicable standards. Regularly check and, if necessary, recalibrate the eccentric setting to ensure ongoing crimp quality.
