Kabeldoorvoerborstelstrip DELOCK 10 inch, onderzijde open, 1U, metaal, donkergrijs

DELOCK 10" cable management brush strip with open-bottom design and 1U height provides a compact, metal-mounted solution for routing and protecting cables in 10" network cabinets and wall-mounted racks. The dark grey metal housing integrates with standard rack layouts while the nylon brushes allow cables to pass through openings without exposing the interior of the cabinet to visual clutter. The open-bottom construction enables easy installation and access to cables from the front to the rear while maintaining airflow and mechanical protection.

Advantages

The metal housing offers robust support and a durable mounting surface for frequent cable changes. Nylon brush filaments reduce the entry of dust and dirt while allowing multiple network, power and data cables to pass through with minimal abrasion. The 1U height and 10" width make the brush strip compatible with standard 10" racks, helping to keep cable runs organized and visually concealed. The open-bottom layout simplifies routing and makes it easier to insert or replace cables without disassembling adjacent components.

Suitable for

• Organizing network patch cables in 10" server cabinets
• Routing power and data cables in wall-mounted racks
• Maintaining airflow and reducing dust entry in rack installations
• Protecting cable bundles where frequent access is required

Key specifications

• Form factor: 1U, 10" width
• Housing material: metal
• Color: dark grey
• Brush type: nylon filaments
• Design: open-bottom for easy cable entry and exit

How to use

Mount the brush strip into a 10" rack or cabinet at the desired 1U position using standard rack screws. Route cables through the nylon brush filaments from the front to the rear (or vice versa) to conceal cable runs and maintain a tidy interior. For smoother insertion, gently separate brush filaments to create a passage for thicker cable bundles. Ensure cables are supported and strain-relieved near connectors to avoid stress on terminations.

Recommendations

Use the brush strip in combination with cable ties, Velcro straps or cable trays to secure and separate different cable types. Periodically inspect and clean the nylon brushes to remove accumulated dust. Avoid forcing sharp or overly stiff cables through the filaments to prevent damage to the brushes and to the cable jackets.
