How to use

Measure the required length and cut the aluminum cover strip to size using appropriate cutting tools for metal. Position the strip on the desired surface and fasten according to the mounting method compatible with the installer’s preferences (adhesive, screws or mounting clips), ensuring the surface is clean and dry before attachment. Place cables inside the channel and close the cover if it has a separate lid or secure in the provided profile. Check that cables are not bent beyond their minimum bend radius and that connections remain accessible if needed.

Recommendations

For best results, use corrosion-resistant fasteners on exterior-exposed or humid locations and avoid overfilling the channel to maintain proper protection and airflow. When routing power and data cables together, follow local regulations regarding separation and grounding. If planning paint or wall repairs, fit the cover strip after finishing walls to ensure a neat edge.
