DeLOCK 86271 shrink tube set in black, 100 pieces, provides a simple way to insulate and protect cables and wires. The kit includes multiple diameters so it can be used across a variety of electronic and electrical applications to repair, reinforce or insulate connections and cable sections.

Advantages

The set contains a large number of heat-shrink tubes in black, offering universal applicability thanks to a range of diameters. Made from durable materials, the tubes provide reliable electrical insulation and mechanical protection for exposed conductors, joints and cable ends.

Suitable for

• Insulating solder joints and wire splices
• Repairing damaged cable insulation
• Bundling and protecting cable ends
• General electronics and electrical maintenance

Key specifications

• Brand: DELOCK
• Manufacturer part number (MPN): 86271
• Colour: Black
• Quantity: 100 pieces
• Product type: Heat-shrink tubing / cable insulation

How to use

Select a tube with a suitable diameter and slide it over the exposed section of wire or the joint. Apply heat evenly using a heat gun or suitable heat source until the tube contracts and forms a tight fit around the cable. Allow to cool before handling to ensure a secure insulation.

Recommendations

Use appropriate personal protective equipment when applying heat. Do not expose the shrink tubing to open flame; use a temperature-controlled heat gun for consistent results. Ensure the selected diameter provides sufficient shrinkage for a snug fit over the cable.
