Kabelklem Rittal 3459.500 — staal, max. bundeldiameter 1 cm, 15 stuks

Rittal 3459.500 cable clamps are steel clamps supplied in a pack of 15, designed to bundle and secure cables with a maximum bundle diameter of 1 cm. Constructed from steel for mechanical strength and long-term durability, these clamps are suitable for use inside electrical cabinets, control panels and other installations where reliable cable routing and fixation are required. They are also suitable for connecting round conductors and laminated copper bars where a compact, robust clamp is needed.

Advantages

Made of steel for enhanced mechanical resistance and wear tolerance, these cable clamps provide consistent clamping force and dimensional stability. Supplied as a set of 15, they enable multiple fixings for organised cable routing. The compact design supports small-diameter bundles up to 1 cm while maintaining a low profile inside enclosures.

How to use

Position the clamp around the cable bundle or conductor and secure it to the mounting surface using appropriate fasteners (screws or rivets) compatible with the clamp's mounting hole and the installation substrate. Ensure the bundle diameter does not exceed 1 cm to maintain reliable fixation. For connections involving laminated copper bars or round conductors, align conductors within the clamp before final tightening to avoid conductor deformation. Follow standard electrical installation and safety procedures during mounting.

Recommendations

Use corrosion-resistant fasteners and, if required by the environment, consider additional protective coatings or insulating sleeves when installing in humid or corrosive conditions. Inspect clamps periodically for tightness and signs of wear in high-vibration applications.
