Kabelmanagementpaneel DELOCK 67277 — staal, zwart, 1HE rackaccessoire

DELOCK 67277 is a 1U cable management panel made of steel with a black finish, designed for tidy routing and protection of patch cables and network wiring in 19" racks and cabinets. The unit improves accessibility and organisation of cabling in server rooms, data centers and telecom racks by providing a dedicated horizontal management point. It is supplied as a single panel with integrated features to minimise wear on cables and to conceal open wiring for a cleaner installation.

Advantages

The panel features integrated edge protection profiles that prevent abrasion and damage caused by sharp metal edges, extending cable life and maintaining signal integrity. A removable front cover conceals and protects cables while allowing quick access when reconfiguration is needed. A horizontal opening on the rear side provides convenient cable entry and exit for efficient routing behind the panel. Constructed from steel with a black finish, the design offers mechanical durability and a uniform appearance within standard 19" rack environments.

Suitable for

• Organising and routing patch cables in server racks
• Structured cabling management in data centers and network closets
• Protecting cable bundles from abrasion and sharp edges
• Environments requiring a 1U horizontal cable management solution

Key specifications

• Form factor: 1U horizontal rack panel
• Material: steel with black finish
• Included parts: single cable management panel with removable front cover
• Cable protection: integrated edge protection profiles
• Rear access: horizontal opening for cable entry/exit

How to use

Install the panel into a standard 19" rack at the desired 1U position using compatible mounting hardware. Route patch cords and network cables through the rear horizontal opening and along the protected edges to avoid contact with sharp surfaces. Use the removable front cover to hide and secure cables once routing is completed; remove the cover for adjustments or reconfiguration. Ensure cables are not over-bent or tightly bundled to maintain performance.

Recommendations

For best results, pair the panel with labelled patch cords and cable ties or Velcro straps to keep bundles organised. Maintain adequate bend radii for fibre and copper cables and avoid overloading the panel with excessive cable density. Periodically inspect the edge protection profiles for wear and replace the panel if protective elements are compromised.
