Kabelmantel DeLOCK 20889 bruin basaltvezel 2,5 cm

The DeLOCK 20889 cable sleeve is made from basalt fiber and provides thermal stability, tensile strength and chemical resistance to protect cables, tubes and wires. It has a 2.5 cm diameter and a brown colour, making it suitable for cable management in electrical and machinery systems.

Advantages

The braided sleeve combines high elasticity and flexibility with excellent impact resistance and the ability to withstand high loads. Basalt fibers give the jacket good resistance to many acids and alkalis as well as improved corrosion and temperature resistance compared with common polymer sleeves. The sleeve can be cut to length with scissors for individual installations.

Suitable for

• Protection of power, signal and data cables
• Cable routing in machinery and industrial equipment
• Bundling of tubes and wiring harnesses in electrical installations

Adjust the sleeve length by cutting with scissors to the required size, then secure the ends with heat shrink tubing, tape or cable ties as needed to prevent fraying and to fix the sleeve in place.

Recommendations

Inspect compatibility with the specific cable insulation and check operating temperature and chemical exposure in your application. Avoid direct contact with open flames and secure cut ends to reduce fraying.
