Kabelmeister Cat.7 S/FTP patchkabel, TPE-mantel, halogeenvrij, geel, 5m

Network cables often fail when flexibility and safety are paramount—stiff jackets crack under stress, and halogenated materials release toxic fumes in a fire. The Kabelmeister Cat.7 patch cable solves both problems with a highly flexible TPE jacket that is halogen-free, making it ideal for dense installations and public spaces. It delivers 10 Gigabit Ethernet performance up to 600 MHz, ensuring your high-speed network runs flawlessly.

Who is it for

This cable is perfect for IT professionals, data center technicians, and home users who demand reliable, high-speed connections in environments where cable management is tight and safety standards are strict. Whether you're wiring a server rack, connecting a high-performance workstation, or setting up a home office, this cable provides the durability and performance you need.

Main features

• Cat.7 S/FTP shielding with individually foiled pairs (PiMF) for superior crosstalk resistance.
• Supports 10GBASE-T Ethernet up to 600 MHz bandwidth.
• Highly flexible TPE jacket that resists cracking and tangling.
• Halogen-free (LSZH) construction for low smoke and toxicity in fire conditions.
• Gold-plated RJ45 connectors (50µm) with snagless molded boots for reliable connections.
• Stranded copper conductors (AWG 26/7) for flexibility without signal loss.
• Yellow color for easy identification in crowded racks.

Tips

To maximize performance, avoid bending the cable beyond a 4x outer diameter radius (approx. 25 mm). Use cable ties with rounded edges to prevent jacket damage. For 10G connections, ensure both network devices and switches support 10GBASE-T. The yellow color is excellent for color-coding VLANs or critical links.
