Kabelslot DICOTA D31700 zwart zilver 2 m

The DICOTA D31700 cable lock secures laptops and other devices with anti-theft slots using a 2 m long, 4.4 mm diameter sheathed steel cable. It includes exchangeable T, N and W heads to fit the three common lock slot formats used by device manufacturers, and comes with two keys. The lock is lightweight (110 g), portable and finished in black and silver to match most devices.

Advantages

The exchangeable T/N/W heads provide compatibility with multiple slot types (T: 3 x 7 mm, W: 3.2 x 4.5 mm, N: 2.5 x 6 mm), allowing one lock to secure different devices. The 360° rotatable cylinder increases flexibility when positioning the cable. A push-to-lock mechanism enables single-handed locking without using a key. The cable is multi-strand steel with PVC sheathing for strength and durability, and an integrated Velcro strap keeps the cable neatly rolled for transport or storage.

Recommendations

Use the lock in combination with a fixed anchor point that cannot be easily removed or damaged. Regularly check keys and the lock head for wear, and keep the spare key in a separate safe place. This lock is intended as a theft-deterrent and prevention measure, not as an absolute theft-proof solution.
