Kabelstekker RCA ShiverPeaks BS52090-SET

The ShiverPeaks BS52090-SET wire connector offers three stainless-steel RCA male connectors designed for reliable analog audio connections. Each pack contains three individual RCA plugs with metal housings that provide mechanical durability and improved resistance to corrosion compared with plated alternatives. These connectors are intended for wiring to audio cables where a compact, robust male RCA termination is required for connection to receivers, amplifiers, speakers and other audio equipment.

Advantages

Stainless-steel construction ensures long-term mechanical strength and resistance to environmental corrosion. The metal body contributes to stable contact alignment and protection of the internal connection point. Three connectors in a set simplify multi-channel installations and reduce the need to source individual plugs separately. The design supports solid contact and consistent signal transfer for analog audio applications.

Suitable for

• Repairing or terminating RCA audio cables in home and professional systems
• Replacing worn or damaged male RCA plugs on receivers, amplifiers, and speakers
• Custom cable assemblies for stereo, subwoofer, or multi-channel audio setups

Key specifications

• Connector type: male RCA (analog audio)
• Quantity: 3 connectors per pack
• Material: stainless steel housing
• Finish: metallic stainless appearance for corrosion resistance
• Application: analogue audio signal transmission

How to use

Prepare the audio cable by stripping the outer jacket and insulation to expose the center conductor and the return/ground braid or conductor. Insert and solder or crimp the center conductor to the RCA plug's centre contact according to the connector's assembly method, then secure the return/ground connection to the plug's outer shell. Reassemble the plug housing, ensuring the connection is mechanically supported and that no stray strands create shorts. Test continuity and signal integrity before final installation.

Recommendations

Use appropriate soldering or crimping tools and follow safe handling practices when terminating cables. Select cable types and conductor sizes compatible with standard RCA terminations to maintain reliable contact and minimize signal loss. Store unused connectors in a dry environment to preserve the stainless-steel finish.
