Kabelstekker ShiverPeaks BS57004-M 3,5 mm roestvrij staal bus

The ShiverPeaks BS57004-M 3.5 mm Stainless steel Female wire connector is a compact, corrosion-resistant connector designed for audio and signal cabling. Constructed from stainless steel, it provides a female 3.5 mm termination that fits standard mini-jack plugs and offers a durable interface for repeated connections. The connector is intended for use where a robust metal housing and reliable electrical contact are required.

Advantages

The stainless steel construction delivers good resistance to corrosion and mechanical wear while maintaining dimensional stability. The female 3.5 mm design provides compatibility with common audio and signal plugs and supports frequent mating cycles without significant degradation. Its compact form factor allows integration into tight enclosures and fixtures where space is limited.

Suitable for

• Audio equipment and portable players requiring a compact female 3.5 mm socket
• Signal and control connections in instrumentation and measurement devices
• Panel- or enclosure-mounted applications where a metal housing is preferred for durability
• Environments where corrosion resistance is desired, such as coastal or humid locations

Key specifications

• Connector type: female 3.5 mm (mini-jack) socket
• Material: stainless steel housing
• Finish: metallic stainless steel colour
• Form factor: compact, panel- or cable-mountable style

How to use

Install the female 3.5 mm connector into the appropriate panel opening or cable assembly using the recommended mounting method for the chosen application. Ensure proper electrical wiring and secure mechanical fastening to prevent movement during use. Mate with a compatible 3.5 mm male plug, making sure contacts align fully to establish a reliable connection. Inspect connections periodically for signs of wear, contamination, or loosening and clean the contact surfaces with suitable electronics contact cleaner if needed.

Recommendations

For optimal longevity, avoid excessive mechanical stress on the connector and limit exposure to aggressive chemicals. Use the connector within standard audio and signal voltage and current ranges and follow device manufacturer guidelines for panel cutouts and mounting torque.
