Kabelverbinder RCA ShiverPeaks BS51400-SET zwart rood wit geel

The ShiverPeaks BS51400-SET wire connector set includes four male RCA plugs in black, red, white and yellow, designed for audio and video cabling tasks. Each connector provides a single coaxial RCA contact with a color-coded outer shell to simplify identification and wiring in home theater, audiovisual installations, composite video and stereo audio setups. The set is intended for creating or repairing RCA terminations on cable assemblies where standard male RCA connections are required.

Advantages

The color-coded housings make it easy to match left/right audio channels and composite video lines during installation. The connectors are compact and suitable for confined spaces behind equipment racks and AV units. Their construction provides a stable mechanical fit in standard RCA female sockets, helping to maintain signal continuity for analog audio and composite video signals.

Suitable for

• Repairing or terminating RCA cables for stereo audio
• Connecting composite video sources and displays
• Home theater and AV component interconnections
• DIY audio/video cabling and prototyping

Key specifications

• Connector type: male RCA (phono) plugs
• Quantity: 4 pieces
• Colours: black, red, white, yellow
• Intended signals: analog stereo audio and composite video
• Form factor: compact, panel/board-compatible male plug

How to use

Strip the cable to expose the central conductor and the outer shield, observing standard coaxial termination practices. Slide any required insulation sleeves onto the cable, solder or crimp the centre conductor to the male RCA pin according to the connector design, then secure the outer shield to the connector body. Ensure the color-coded housing is fitted correctly to identify signal channels. Test connections with appropriate AV equipment to confirm continuity and signal quality.

Recommendations

Use the red and white connectors for right and left audio channels respectively and the yellow connector for composite video to maintain standard wiring. Avoid exerting excessive force when inserting or removing the plugs and check solder joints for solidity if used in permanent installations.
