Kabelwartel DeLOCK 60194 zwart kunststof 10 stuks

The DeLOCK 60194 cable gland is a set of 10 black plastic glands designed to provide a simple, reliable method for routing and protecting cables where they pass through panels or enclosures. Manufactured from durable plastic and supplied in a 10-piece pack, these cable glands help reduce entry points for dust and moisture and organise cable runs in both professional and home installations.

Advantages

These cable glands are lightweight and resistant to corrosion due to their plastic construction. The black colour provides a neutral appearance that blends with most equipment and installations. Supplied as a multi-pack of ten pieces, they allow multiple cable entry points to be handled consistently and reduce the need to source individual glands. Installation is straightforward, fitting standard panel cutouts and securing cables while maintaining a compact footprint.

Suitable for

• Routing and protecting cables through electrical cabinets and equipment enclosures
• DIY projects requiring tidy cable entry points
• Workshops and utility areas where basic dust and moisture protection is needed
• Telecommunications and networking racks for cable organisation

Key specifications

• Material: Plastic
• Product colour: Black
• Quantity: 10 pieces per pack

How to use

Drill or prepare an appropriately sized panel cutout compatible with the gland dimensions, insert the gland into the opening and secure it according to the panel design (press-fit or threaded fitting depending on the mounting style). Pass the cable through the gland and ensure the connection is snug to limit movement. Verify that the cable is not strained at the entry point and that the gland seats evenly in the panel to maintain protection against dust and moisture.

Recommendations

Choose a gland size that matches the outer diameter of the cable to ensure a secure fit; do not use the glands for pressurised or high-temperature environments beyond typical indoor electrical installations. Regularly inspect installed glands for deformation or wear, especially where cables experience frequent movement.
