Kabelwartel DeLOCK 60222 zwart kunststof 10 stuks

The DeLOCK 60222 cable gland is a set of ten black plastic cable entry fittings designed to secure and protect cables where they pass through panels or enclosures. Manufactured from durable plastic, each gland provides a sealed interface that reduces ingress of dust and moisture while maintaining mechanical hold on the cable. The pack of 10 supports small installations, maintenance work, or replacements where multiple entry points are required.

Advantages

These cable glands combine simple installation with long-term resistance to environmental factors. Their black plastic construction is lightweight and corrosion-resistant, offering a reliable option for non-metallic enclosures. Supplied in a pack of ten, they allow consistent matching of fittings across several entry points and help streamline inventory for small projects.

Suitable for

• Sealing cable entries on electrical junction boxes and enclosures
• Protecting cables in industrial control panels and equipment housings
• Replacing worn or missing glands in machinery and appliances
• Temporary or permanent installations in dry or moderately humid environments

Key specifications

• Material: durable black plastic
• Colour: black
• Pack quantity: 10 pieces
• Function: provides dust and moisture protection at cable entry points
• Application: panel and enclosure cable entry

How to use

Prepare the panel or enclosure by drilling the appropriately sized hole for the gland. Insert the gland through the hole and secure it according to the enclosure design, ensuring the sealing surfaces sit flush. Pass the cable through the gland and tighten any locking nut or insert component until the gland grips the cable and forms a protective seal. Verify that the cable is held firmly and that no gaps remain around the entry. For multiple entries, repeat the procedure for each gland in the pack.

Recommendations

Check cable diameters and hole sizes before installation to ensure a proper fit. Avoid using these plastic glands where continuous exposure to high temperatures, aggressive chemicals, or direct sunlight may degrade the material. For outdoor or heavy-duty industrial applications, consider selecting glands rated specifically for the anticipated environmental conditions.
