Kabelwartel DeLOCK 60225 grijs kunststof 10 stk.

The DeLOCK 60225 cable gland is a set of ten grey plastic glands designed to provide a simple, durable solution for cable entry and strain relief. Manufactured from resilient plastic, each gland helps seal the point where a cable passes through an enclosure, reducing ingress of dust and moisture while keeping cables secure. Supplied in a pack of 10, these cable glands suit general-purpose installations where a cost-effective, easy-to-fit sealing option is required.

Advantages

These grey plastic cable glands combine corrosion-resistant material with a compact form factor to deliver reliable protection in non-corrosive environments. Their plastic construction offers electrical insulation and lightweight handling, and the pack size of 10 ensures readiness for multiple assemblies or replacement tasks. The design accommodates a range of cable diameters and is intended for quick manual installation without special tools.

Suitable for

• Routing power or signal cables through control panels and junction boxes
• Protecting cable entry points in small enclosures and housings
• Light industrial, DIY, and maintenance applications where dust and moisture resistance is needed
• Temporary installations and prototype assemblies requiring easily replaceable glands

Key specifications

• Material: durable plastic providing electrical insulation
• Colour: grey
• Pack quantity: 10 pieces
• Function: cable entry sealing and strain relief to reduce dust and moisture ingress
• Suitable for a range of cable diameters (refer to physical fit during installation)

How to use

Prepare the panel or enclosure cut-out to match the gland body diameter. Insert the cable through the gland and push the body into the enclosure opening until it seats securely. Ensure the sealing portion compresses around the cable for a snug fit. Tighten any retaining nut or locking feature by hand to secure the gland; avoid excessive force to prevent deformation of the plastic. Verify that the cable is held firmly and that the seal provides the expected protection against dust and light moisture.

Recommendations

For reliable performance, choose a gland size that closely matches the cable outer diameter and avoid exposing the plastic glands to aggressive solvents or prolonged direct sunlight. Use in indoor or light-duty outdoor applications and inspect periodically for wear when used in demanding environments.
