Kabelwartel DeLOCK 60341 zwart kunststof 1 stuk

The DeLOCK 60341 cable gland is a single-piece black plastic fitting designed to create a watertight seal where cables or electrical tubes pass through a housing. Made of durable plastic, it protects cable entries from dust and moisture while offering strain relief via a bend-protection spiral to reduce stress on flexible cables.

Advantages

The robust plastic construction provides corrosion-resistant, lightweight protection for cable lead-throughs. The integrated bend protection secures flexible cables against excessive bending and mechanical stress. The gland is rated IP68 for dust and waterproof performance, increasing reliability in harsh environments.

Suitable for

• Automation systems
• Robotics and moving machinery
• Indoor and outdoor electrical enclosures
• Cable installations requiring IP68 sealing

How to use

Drill or prepare an appropriately sized cutout in the housing, insert the cable gland and feed the cable or tube through the gland. Tighten the gland according to the housing and cable diameter so the sealing surfaces compress to form a watertight seal. Ensure the bend-protection spiral is positioned over the flexible section of the cable where strain relief is required.

Recommendations

Verify the chosen gland size matches the cable diameter and follow installation torque guidance where available. For long-term outdoor use, periodically inspect the seal and bend protection for wear or damage and replace the gland if the integrity is compromised.
