Kathrein LCM 17 A+ 100m coaxkabel voor grondlegging, 75 Ohm, drievoudig afgeschermd, zwart

The Kathrein LCM 17 A+ stands apart from standard coaxial cables by combining robust underground-rated construction with exceptional shielding performance. Supplied as a 100-meter length cut from a 500-meter drum, this cable is engineered for reliable outdoor signal distribution in CATV, satellite, and broadband networks. Its triple-layer shielding achieves a screening attenuation exceeding 100 dB, making it a Class A+ cable that virtually eliminates interference even in electrically noisy environments.

Highlights

• Underground-rated coaxial cable for direct burial and outdoor use
• 75 Ohm impedance with low attenuation across a wide frequency range
• Triple shielding (aluminum foil + copper braid + aluminum foil) for >100 dB screening
• Solid copper inner conductor (1.13 mm) ensures excellent signal integrity
• UV-resistant black polyethylene jacket withstands harsh weather
• Supplied as a 100-meter continuous length, ideal for professional installations

In daily use

Installers appreciate the LCM 17 A+ for its balance of flexibility and durability. The foamed polyethylene dielectric maintains stable impedance, while the 6.9 mm outer diameter allows easy handling and connector termination. With a minimum bending radius of 35 mm, the cable can be routed around corners without performance loss. Its operating temperature range from -40°C to +70°C ensures reliable service in extreme climates, and the PE jacket resists moisture, abrasion, and UV radiation, making it suitable for long-term underground deployment.
