Kensington MagPro magnetisch privacyscreen voor laptops 39,6 cm (16:10)

Designed to support today’s ultra-thin laptops with exceptional form, fit and function, the MagPro™ Magnetic Privacy Screen Filter for Laptops (16:10) easily attaches and detaches as needed, allowing full device closure and sleep mode functionality. The privacy screen filter narrows the viewing angle to ±30° to increase visual security and decrease the chance of visual hacking. A webcam notch supports an unhindered video conferencing experience. Blue light reduction filters out harmful rays by up to 52%, easing eye strain and reducing the chances of interruptions to your natural sleep patterns. Reversible screen includes low reflective coating for improved viewing clarity. One side has a matte finish to reduce glare and fingerprints, the other side is glossy and provides a clearer view of the monitor. The patented magnetic design is convenient and avoids the challenges of potentially damaging adhesives. Includes two-year limited warranty.

How to use

Align the included slim magnetic strips to the laptop frame following the product’s installation guide, then attach the privacy screen so the magnets hold it securely in place. Use the matte side outward to reduce glare and fingerprints or flip to the glossy side for a clearer image. The filter can be lifted off quickly when not needed; the laptop can also be closed with the filter attached to maintain sleep mode. Ensure the webcam notch aligns with the camera to avoid obstruction during video calls.

Recommendations

Clean the screen and magnetic strip area with a soft, lint-free cloth before installation. Store the filter flat when not in use and avoid abrasive cleaners. For best privacy, position the laptop so that primary viewing is directly in front of the user and limit side-view exposure.
