How to use

Assemble the kamado and accessories according to the manufacturer instructions before first use. Fill the charcoal plate and light charcoal following standard safety practices; allow the kamado to preheat until the desired temperature is reached. Use the two-zone system to create direct and indirect heat areas: place charcoal on one side for direct searing and use the deflector for indirect cooking or smoking. Monitor temperature using a lid-mounted thermometer or separate probe and adjust vents to control airflow and heat. After cooking, let the grill cool before cleaning ash and cooking grates.

Recommendations

For best results, season the ceramic slowly during initial uses, avoid rapid temperature changes, and use quality lump charcoal for cleaner burn and more stable temperatures. Regularly remove ash and clean grates after cooling to maintain performance and longevity.
