Kettingzaag DeWALT DCMCS565N-XJ 30 cm zwaardlengte zwart geel

The DeWALT DCMCS565N-XJ chainsaw with a 30 cm blade length is a compact, battery-powered cutting tool designed for a range of outdoor tasks. Powered by an 18 V system input, this saw emphasizes maneuverability and controlled cutting performance in a lightweight form factor. Its black and yellow housing combines durable construction with ergonomic features intended to support extended handling during pruning, firewood preparation, and general property maintenance.

Advantages

The chainsaw provides straightforward operation and a compact size that makes it easier to work in tight spaces compared with larger gas or high-voltage electric saws. Its battery-compatible design removes the need for fuel mixing and reduces exhaust fumes and vibration. The 30 cm blade length balances cutting capacity and portability, enabling efficient handling of small to medium-diameter branches and logs. Built with user safety and balance in mind, the tool includes standard chain protection and an easy-to-reach control layout.

Suitable for

• Pruning trees and shrubs in residential gardens
• Cutting small to medium firewood and logs
• Yard cleanup and storm-damage branch removal
• DIY outdoor projects requiring precise cuts

• Designed use: light to medium cutting tasks

How to use

Before use, install a compatible 18 V battery and ensure the chain is properly tensioned and lubricated according to the chain oil capacity and manufacturer recommendations. Hold the saw with both hands, maintaining a firm grip and stable stance. Start the motor using the designated controls, allow the chain to reach full speed, and apply steady, even feed pressure—avoid forcing the blade through the wood. When cross-cutting or making trimming cuts, pay attention to the position of the chain and any potential pinch points. Turn off and remove the battery before performing chain adjustments, maintenance, or when storing the tool.

Recommendations

Use appropriate personal protective equipment such as eye protection, hearing protection, gloves, and chainsaw-resistant clothing. For larger or continuous heavy-duty cutting tasks, consider higher-capacity battery systems or a professional-grade saw to maintain performance and battery life. Regularly check chain sharpness and lubrication to ensure consistent cutting performance and reduce wear on the motor and components.
