Kingston Technology FURY Beast 8GB 3600MT/s DDR4 CL17 DIMM zwart

The Kingston FURY Beast DDR4 8GB (KF436C17BB/8) is a 288-pin DIMM memory module designed for desktop PCs. With an effective data rate of 3600MT/s (1800 MHz) and CAS latency CL17, this 8GB DDR4 module operates at 1.35 V and provides a compact, low-profile heat spreader to help maintain thermal stability while fitting into most systems. The module is compatible with Intel and AMD platforms, is 100% factory-tested at speed, and is backed by Kingston’s lifetime warranty.

Advantages

The Kingston FURY Beast DDR4 delivers a balance of high clock speed and efficient latency suitable for gaming, content creation and general multitasking. Its low-profile heat spreader reduces thermal throttling in confined cases and maintains a clean system appearance. The module supports Intel XMP profiles for easy performance tuning and is ready for AMD Ryzen systems. Plug N Play automatic overclocking allows the module to reach up to 2666MT/s without manual setup when supported by the system BIOS.

Suitable for

• Gaming PCs seeking improved frame rates and loading times
• Content creation and video editing workstations
• Everyday multitasking and office desktops requiring responsive performance

How to use

Power off and unplug your PC before installing memory. Open the case and locate the appropriate DDR4 DIMM slot on the motherboard. Align the notch on the module with the slot key, insert the module at a slight angle and press firmly until the module clicks into place and retention clips secure it. Reconnect power and boot the system. If desired and supported by your motherboard, enable Intel XMP in BIOS to apply the module’s predefined profiles for higher performance. For systems that support automatic overclocking, the module can auto-overclock up to 2666MT/s without BIOS changes.

Recommendations

Check your motherboard’s CPU and BIOS compatibility before installing memory, especially on older Intel systems prior to 8th Gen that may require a BIOS update to support high-density DDR4 modules. Install modules in matched pairs for dual-channel performance when your motherboard supports it, and ensure BIOS settings match the module voltage (1.35 V) and timings if manually configuring.
