Kledingprinter xTool XAP-AIO All-in-One-kit met hogeresolutieprint en snelle printsnelheid

The xTool XAP-AIO apparel printer is an all-in-one kit for direct garment printing, designed for workshops, print shops and home studios. It prints permanent, full-color images on a wide range of fabrics — including cotton, polyester, denim, canvas, spandex, nylon and leather — and supports printing on dark materials with white ink. The kit also includes an automatic shaker oven for adhesive powder application and curing, and an air purifier for dust and odor removal during thermal and laser work.

Advantages

The system uses dual Epson I1600 (3rd gen) print heads (color + white) with 720 × 1800 DPI resolution and 3.8 pL droplet size for precise, high-definition prints and improved resistance to clogging. Production speed supports both small personalized orders and larger runs — up to approximately 440 3"×3" prints per hour or 26 large 12"×8" designs per hour — with a 356 mm (14") print width for full T‑shirt designs. Built-in AI (16 MP camera) automates calibration, nozzle checks and image enhancement, while SmartCycle™ and WIMS maintain printhead health and white ink circulation. The all-in-one kit also contains an OS1 Automatic Shaker Oven for powder application and curing and the SafetyPro™ AP2 air purifier for a safer working environment.

Suitable for

How to use

Prepare your artwork in xTool Creative Space, adjust layout and print settings, then load a single garment or sheet into the feeder. Start the print job; the printer will apply color and white inks as configured. After printing, run the OS1 Automatic Shaker Oven to apply adhesive powder evenly and cure (bake) the print according to recommended parameters. Monitor status and receive alerts through the mobile app, and use the included maintenance fluids and cleaning tools for routine upkeep as described in the maintenance instructions.

Recommendations

Use fabrics within the recommended temperature and humidity ranges for consistent results. For best wash fastness and color vibrancy, follow curing times and powder application guidelines provided with the OS1 station. Regularly run the SmartCycle™ maintenance routines and keep white ink circulation active to reduce nozzle clogging and maintain print quality.
