Kleurfilterfolie EUROLITE lichtblauw 122 x 100 cm, model 94000118

EUROLITE Light Blue color filter sheet, sized 122 x 100 cm, is a flexible lighting gel designed for modifying the color temperature and hue of stage, studio, and architectural lighting. The sheet is cuttable and can be mounted on a variety of fixtures to create cool light tones, uniform color washes or subtle atmospheric effects. Its lightweight material allows for easy handling and temporary or semi-permanent installation where a controlled light color is required.

Advantages

The Light Blue filter produces a consistent cool-blue tint across the illuminated surface while maintaining good light transmission for usable output. Its flexibility and standardized sheet format simplify cutting and fitting to different fixture sizes. The material resists curling when stored flat and is suitable for repeated use in rehearsal, event or installation settings. Designed for practical application, the sheet enables quick visual adjustments without altering lamp bulbs or electronic controls.

How to use

Measure the fixture aperture and mark the sheet where cuts are required, then cut the sheet with sharp scissors or a utility knife on a flat surface. Secure the cut piece to the fixture using appropriate clamps, gel holders, barn door clips or heat-resistant tape, ensuring the filter is positioned at a safe distance from lamp elements to avoid direct contact with hot surfaces. For even color distribution, place the filter as close to the fixture’s framing or diffusion plane as practical and avoid crumpling the material.

Recommendations

Store the sheet flat or rolled loosely to prevent creases; avoid prolonged contact with high-temperature lamp sources and inspect periodically for melting or discoloration. For long-term installations or high-heat fixtures, consider additional diffusion or heat shields and verify material compatibility with the specific lamp type.
