Kleurpotloden Faber-Castell Jumbo GRIP

Coloured pencils with a thick triangular barrel designed to fit small hands and support a stable grip. The set includes five Jumbo GRIP Neon pencils in Blue, Green, Orange, Pink and Yellow. SV bonding protects the cores from breakage while the surface is coated with environmentally friendly water-based paint. The pencils are made from wood sourced from sustainably managed forests; over 95% of the wood used by the manufacturer comes from FSC-certified or sustainable sources.

Advantages

The patented Soft-GRIP zone on the triangular barrel reduces hand fatigue and promotes a comfortable, secure hold. Neon pigments deliver bright, vivid colours suitable for high-visibility artwork. SV bonding reinforces the lead against breakage during use. Water-based surface coating minimizes environmental impact and provides a smooth finish. Compact set of five colours makes the pack convenient for drawing, colouring and craft projects.

How to use

Hold the pencil in a tripod grip using the triangular barrel and Soft-GRIP zone to reduce slippage and fatigue. Use light to medium pressure for even, consistent colour laydown; increase pressure gradually for more intense neon saturation. Sharpen with a standard pencil sharpener suitable for jumbo/large-diameter pencils to avoid core damage. Store horizontally or capped to protect tips and maintain colour quality.

Recommendations

For young children, supervise sharpening and cutting tasks. Use on paper grades suitable for coloured pencils to prevent excessive wear; avoid damp surfaces. Replace pencils when cores become very short to maintain control and reduce sharpening frequency.
