Kleurpotloden Staedtler Noris Club aquarell 144 10

The Staedtler Noris Club aquarell 144 10 coloured pencils are hexagonal pencils with watercolour lead, supplied in a pack of 24 with a multicolour design. The soft, richly pigmented cores provide smooth application and good colour transfer. The A·B·S white protective coating reinforces the lead for increased break resistance, and the wood is sourced from certified, sustainably managed forests.

Advantages

These pencils combine classic hexagonal ergonomics with water-soluble leads that allow both dry colouring and wet wash techniques. The A·B·S protective coating reduces lead breakage, while the especially soft pigment produces vibrant, blendable tones. Available in an assortment of up to 36 brilliant colours in the product family, the set of 24 offers a broad palette suitable for detailed work and layering.

How to use

Use the pencils dry for normal colouring and shading. For watercolour effects, apply colour on paper and then blend with a damp brush to achieve washes, gradients or softer transitions. Sharpen with a standard pencil sharpener suitable for coloured pencils. Store the pencils flat or in a case to protect the leads and preserve the set's organisation.

Recommendations

For best watercolour results, layer dry colour lightly before activating with water; test on a scrap of paper to determine the desired pigment intensity and paper suitability.
