KNIPEX 97 52 42 6 SB PreciForce crimptang voor solarconnectoren 6 mm² MC4 / EVO2

The KNIPEX 97 52 42 6 SB PreciForce crimping pliers are purpose-built for solar connector assembly, delivering factory-calibrated crimping pressure for consistent, high-quality connections on MC4 and EVO2 contacts. Unlike generic crimping tools, this model features a toggle lever mechanism that amplifies hand force, reducing operator fatigue while ensuring a complete, repeatable crimp every time.

Highlights

• Optimised for 6 mm² solar cable cross-sections (AWG 10)
• Square crimp profile for reliable solder-free electrical connections
• Integral self-releasing lock guarantees a full crimp cycle before opening
• Oil-hardened and tempered chrome vanadium electric steel for long service life
• Multi-component grips and favourable lever ratio for comfortable, low-effort operation

In daily use

The fixed crimping position eliminates adjustment errors, making the PreciForce ideal for installers who need uniform results across many terminations. The self-releasing lock prevents premature opening, while the 220 mm length and ergonomic handle design allow precise control even in confined spaces.
