Koelsysteem Phanteks PH-A45_CR_12

The Phanteks PH-A45_CR_12 is a metal cooling system component with a mirror chrome finish, engineered to improve airflow and thermal transfer in custom PC water-cooling loops. With a 12 mm width profile and robust construction, this part integrates with Phanteks Glacier fittings and other compatible water-cooling hardware to deliver stable, high-flow performance. CNC-machined from solid brass and finished in chrome, the design focuses on precision fit, durability and consistent sealing for long-term reliability.

Advantages

The chrome-plated brass construction provides mechanical strength and corrosion resistance while maintaining a polished aesthetic. CNC machining ensures tight tolerances for secure connections and high flow characteristics. VITON sealing technology, derived from automotive and aerospace standards, increases resistance to heat, chemicals and ageing for reliable long-term operation. The 12 mm profile is optimized to balance compact installation space with unrestricted coolant flow.

Suitable for

• Custom water-cooling loops in desktop gaming and workstation PCs
• High-flow radiator and pump connections
• Systems requiring durable, corrosion-resistant fittings and components
• Upgrades where visual chrome finish is desired

Key specifications

• Material: CNC-machined solid brass with chrome finish
• Profile width: 12 mm
• Finish: mirror chrome appearance
• Sealing: VITON sealing for chemical and heat resistance
• Designed for high-flow water cooling configurations

How to use

Install the PH-A45_CR_12 into a water-cooling loop by connecting it to compatible Phanteks Glacier fittings or other matching threaded components. Ensure sealing surfaces are clean and undamaged before assembly; hand-tighten fittings and then apply manufacturer-recommended torque where applicable. After installation, perform a leak test with the loop powered off and pressurised or filled according to standard water-cooling safety procedures. Monitor for leaks during the initial operation period and recheck connections if necessary.

Recommendations

Use VITON-compatible lubricants if required and avoid mixing incompatible seal materials. For best results, pair this component with Phanteks Glacier fittings in matching finish, and follow routine maintenance schedules: periodically inspect seals and connections, flush coolant as recommended by the cooling system manufacturer, and replace seals if any signs of wear or hardening appear.
