Koelsysteemaccessoire BitsPower BP-BSRG messing zwart – computer-vloeistofkoeling-aansluitstuk

The BitsPower BP-BSRG brass Black is a precision fitting designed for desktop computer liquid cooling systems. Made from high-quality brass with a black nickel sparkle finish, this accessory serves as a durable connector within custom water-cooling loops. The component features a true high-flow internal design and a full 360-degree rotation capability that facilitates routing and installation of radiators, reservoirs, blocks and tubing runs while maintaining reliable sealing through an integrated hiding O-ring.

Advantages

The brass construction provides corrosion resistance and mechanical strength for long-term use in PC cooling environments. A hi-flow internal profile reduces flow restriction for improved coolant circulation. The black nickel sparkle finish offers surface protection and a consistent appearance across components. The 360-degree rotatable joint simplifies alignment during assembly and minimizes stress on tubing connections. The hiding O-ring design helps maintain a clean look while ensuring secure, leak-resistant joins. The fitting is manufactured in compliance with RoHS standards.

Suitable for

• Custom desktop water-cooling loops
• Connecting radiators, reservoirs and water blocks
• Repairing or upgrading cooling tubing runs
• High-flow coolant systems requiring low restriction fittings

Key specifications

• Material: brass with black nickel sparkle finish
• Flow design: true hi-flow internal profile
• Rotation: full 360-degree swivel
• Sealing: integrated hiding O-ring
• Compliance: RoHS compliant

How to use

Inspect the fitting and mating components before installation to ensure clean, undamaged sealing surfaces. Thread the fitting into the corresponding port on a radiator, reservoir or block until hand-tight, then align the swivel portion as needed to orient tubing. If required, use appropriate wrenches to achieve the manufacturer's recommended torque without over-tightening. Verify the O-ring is seated correctly and perform a pressure or leak test on the assembled loop with coolant or a safe testing fluid before powering the system.

Recommendations

For best performance, use with compatible tubing and coolant formulations recommended for brass fittings, avoid aggressive chemicals that may affect the finish, and perform periodic inspections for signs of wear or leakage. When assembling, ensure fittings are tightened to proper torque values and follow standard leak-testing procedures before normal operation.
