How to use

Pre-cool or pre-heat the container as appropriate by placing ice packs or warm items inside for a short period before loading, which improves temperature retention. Load food and drinks in sealed containers or bottles to reduce moisture transfer and odors. Close the lid securely and carry using the provided handle or grips, placing the container on a stable surface when serving. Clean the interior after each use according to the care instructions to maintain hygiene and insulation performance.

Recommendations

For best thermal performance, precondition the interior (cool with ice packs for cold storage or warm with hot containers for heat retention) and avoid frequent lid opening. Use sealed containers for liquids and perishable foods, and clean the interior promptly after use to prevent odors and staining.
