Kooimoer BlueOptics BLCNS002 M6 20 stuks zwart roestvrij staal

The BlueOptics BLCNS002 cage nut set is designed for M6 applications and supplied in a pack of 20. Each cage nut is manufactured from stainless steel with a black finish for durability and corrosion resistance. The set is intended for secure mounting in 19-inch server cabinets, network racks, wall enclosures and similar housings that use 9 mm square mounting holes.

Advantages

The stainless steel construction provides long-term strength and resistance to corrosion while the black finish reduces visible wear in installed equipment. The set includes matching washers and M6 screws to provide a complete mounting kit. Edges on the mounting parts have been deburred to reduce the risk of injury during installation and to make insertion into 9 mm mounting holes easier. The M6 format is a common standard, enabling wide compatibility with patch panels, switches, cable management accessories and other rack-mounted equipment.

Suitable for

• Mounting patch panels, switches and distribution equipment in 19-inch server cabinets
• Securing cable management panels, cable routing accessories and shelves
• Installing fans, power distribution units and other rack-mounted components
• Use in network racks, wall enclosures and electronic housings with 9 mm mounting holes

Key specifications

• Thread size: M6
• Material: stainless steel
• Finish: black
• Pack quantity: 20 cage nuts (with matching washers and screws included)
• Compatible hole size: 9 mm square mounting holes (19-inch and 10-inch mounting rails)

How to use

Insert the cage nut from the rear side into the 9 mm mounting hole of the 19-inch or compatible mounting rail until it snaps into place. Align the device to be mounted on the front of the rail, place the washer and insert the M6 screw through the device rack flange into the cage nut, then tighten to secure the component. Deburred edges make handling easier during insertion; take care to hold the nut steady while seating it into the hole to avoid slipping.

Recommendations

Confirm the mounting hole dimensions and thread size before installation. Use appropriate torque for M6 screws to avoid over-tightening. For repeated installations or heavy equipment, verify load ratings of your rails and distribute weight across multiple mounting points.
