How to use

Place the hob on a stable, heat-resistant surface and connect it to a suitable mains socket. Remove the cover before switching on. Use the rotary controls to set the desired temperature for each zone; the pilot lamps indicate when a zone is active. Allow cast-iron plates to heat up before placing cookware on them and avoid dragging pots across the surface to prevent wear. After use, switch off the device and allow it to cool before cleaning or replacing the detachable cover.

Recommendations

The appliance is intended for household use on level, heat-resistant surfaces. Use cookware with flat, even bottoms that match the diameter of the cooking zones. Do not immerse the appliance in water; clean the enamel casing and plates only when cooled and follow local electrical safety requirements when connecting to the mains.
