Kookset Salter BW11460BRMFOB 3-dlg. aluminium zwart

The Salter BW11460BRMFO boiling set includes three aluminium saucepans (16 cm, 18 cm and 20 cm) with a black Megastone non-stick finish and tempered glass lids. The forged aluminium construction provides even heat distribution while the Megastone coating is designed to be up to nine times tougher than standard non-stick surfaces. Soft-touch handles and compatibility with all hob types, including induction, make the set practical for everyday cooking.

Advantages

The Megastone coating offers increased scratch and corrosion resistance and allows the use of metal utensils without damaging the cookware. Heat indicator collars change colour when the pan reaches the optimum cooking temperature, removing guesswork from preheating. The saucepans are 100% PFOA-free, and the tempered glass lids let you monitor cooking without lifting lids.

Suitable for

• Boiling pasta, potatoes and vegetables
• Simmering soups and sauces
• Preparing stews and one-pot meals
• Everyday family cooking on gas, electric, ceramic and induction hobs

How to use

Place the saucepan on a compatible hob and preheat until the thermo collar changes colour, indicating the optimum temperature. Add a small amount of oil or cook with little to no oil as required by the recipe. Use metal utensils if needed; the Megastone coating is designed to resist scratching. Monitor cooking through the tempered glass lid and adjust heat as necessary. After use, allow pans to cool slightly before washing according to the manufacturer’s care instructions.

Recommendations

To prolong the life of the non-stick Megastone coating, avoid excessive high heat for prolonged periods and clean with non-abrasive sponges. Although the coating is metal utensil safe, using wooden or silicone utensils will further extend durability.
