Kunstpapier Sigel DP312 25 vel

Sigel art paper DP312 comprises 25 sheets of high-quality art paper sized 21 cm x 29.7 cm (A4). Produced in Germany, the paper features a textured surface and substantial weight appropriate for a wide range of creative techniques. The neutral white tone and consistent thickness make it suitable for drawing, sketching, mixed media, and school projects.

Advantages

The paper offers a reliably even surface texture that supports pencils, charcoal, ink, and light washes without excessive bleeding or warping. Sheets are cut to standard A4 dimensions, ensuring compatibility with printers, frames, and portfolios. Durability and good opacity reduce show-through when layering media, while the pack format of 25 sheets provides a convenient quantity for short-term projects or classroom use.

Key specifications

• Quantity: 25 sheets
• Sheet size: 21 cm x 29.7 cm (A4)
• Surface: textured / tooth suitable for dry and light wet media
• Color: neutral white
• Origin: manufactured in Germany

How to use

Select an appropriate drawing or painting medium for the paper's textured surface. For dry media such as graphite, charcoal or pastel, secure the sheet on a drawing board to prevent movement. When using ink or light watercolor washes, test a single sheet to check absorbency and drying behavior. Allow layers to dry fully before applying additional media to prevent unwanted smudging or buckling. Sheets can be trimmed or mounted into frames and portfolios sized for A4 paper.

Recommendations

Store paper flat in a dry environment and keep it inside its original packaging until use to avoid moisture absorption. When working with wetter techniques, use light applications and allow adequate drying time between layers to preserve surface texture and prevent warping.
