KYOCERA FK-7105 fixatie-eenheid 300000 pagina's

The KYOCERA FK-7105 fuser is designed for laser printing and has an expected service life of 300,000 pages. It is intended for use in compatible Kyocera printers and helps ensure consistent print quality in high-volume environments. For optimum performance, genuine KYOCERA toner is recommended because toner particle size and composition affect final print results and drum cleanliness.

Advantages

This fuser delivers a long lifespan suited to heavy-duty printing and maintains stable fusing performance throughout its rated life. Using genuine KYOCERA toner in combination with the FK-7105 helps prevent issues such as streaky grey backgrounds or ghosting, since KYOCERA toner contains ceramic cleaning beads that help keep the printer drum clean and free of particles.

Suitable for

• High-volume office printing
• Production environments requiring long-life consumables
• Workflows needing consistent, repeatable print quality

How to use

Install the FK-7105 fuser according to the service manual or installation instructions for your Kyocera printer model. Ensure the printer is powered off and cooled before replacing the fuser. After installation, run any recommended calibration or maintenance routines provided by the printer to stabilise print settings. Where applicable, handle the fuser carefully to avoid contact with hot surfaces and to prevent damage to the fuser film or assembly.

Recommendations

For optimum results and to protect the fuser and drum longevity, use genuine KYOCERA toner formulated for your printer. Incorrect toner particle size or incompatible supplies can cause print defects and contaminate the drum, reducing print quality and component life.
