L-vormige inbussleutelset Wera 05021737001

The Wera 05021737001 L-shaped hex key set contains seven metric hex keys designed for precision work on hexagonal socket screws. Manufactured in the Czech Republic, the set combines Hex-Plus geometry for improved contact with the screw head and a BlackLaser surface treatment for enhanced corrosion resistance and long service life. The compact package (25 mm depth, 83 mm width, 122 mm height) and clip fastener allow straightforward storage and rapid access.

Advantages

Hex-Plus geometry increases the contact surface inside the screw head, reducing notching and nearly eliminating the risk of damaging the screw recess. The BlackLaser surface provides strong surface protection and improved corrosion resistance. Size markings are wear-resistant for easy identification, and the included clip fastener keeps the keys organized and quickly accessible.

Suitable for

• Assembly and disassembly of machinery with hexagonal socket screws
• Maintenance and repair tasks in workshops and on-site
• Precision work on bicycles, electronics, and furniture

How to use

Select the correct metric key size for the hexagonal socket screw and insert the short or long arm as required to obtain the desired leverage. Use the long arm for increased reach and torque, and the short arm for limited space. Keep even pressure and avoid angling the key to reduce wear on both the tool and the screw. Store the keys on the clip fastener when not in use to maintain organization.

Recommendations

Use the Hex-Plus side of the key for better contact and reduced rounding of screw heads; avoid using the tools on damaged or heavily corroded screws. Clean and lightly oil the keys after extended exposure to moisture to maintain the BlackLaser surface protection.
