Technical alpine terrain demands footwear that balances lightweight agility with uncompromising protection. The La Sportiva Trango Tech GTX answers that call, delivering a semi-automatic crampon-compatible boot that excels on via ferrata, technical mountaineering, and long alpine treks. Its GORE-TEX Performance Comfort lining keeps your feet dry while allowing sweat to escape, and the Vibram Cube outsole with Impact Brake System grips confidently on rock and mixed ground.

Tips

For the best fit, try on boots with the socks you plan to wear in the mountains. The Trango Tech GTX runs true to size, but if you are between sizes, consider sizing up for added toe room on descents. Pair with semi-automatic crampons for glacier travel or technical ice routes.
