Labeltape Epson LK-5LBJ zwart blauw thermotransfer 1,8 cm

The Epson LK-5LBJ Black Blue Thermal Transfer 1.8 cm label tape is designed for use with compatible thermal transfer label printers. This 1.8 cm wide tape combines black and blue colors with a matte finish to produce legible, low-gloss labels suitable for a variety of indoor and light-duty applications. The media is made for thermal transfer printing, providing consistent text and graphic reproduction when used with the recommended LabelWorks model.

Advantages

The tape delivers clear contrast between text and background thanks to the black and blue color scheme and matte surface, which reduces reflections and improves readability. Its 1.8 cm width balances compactness and sufficient print area for short lines of text, barcodes, and symbols. As a thermal transfer medium, it provides stable print quality and reliable adhesion on compatible label surfaces for everyday identification tasks.

How to use

Install the tape cassette into a compatible LabelWorks thermal transfer printer following the device manufacturer’s instructions. Design your label using the printer’s labeling software or built-in templates, set the correct tape width (1.8 cm) and print density appropriate for the matte surface. After printing, allow a moment for the ink/resin transfer to set before handling the label. Apply the printed labels to clean, dry surfaces for optimal adhesion.

Recommendations

For best results, use the tape with the specified compatible printer model and select appropriate print density settings for matte media. Store unused tape in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight to preserve print quality and adhesive performance.
