Tray insert for 550 sheets compatible with a range of Lexmark monochrome printers and multifunction devices. This tray insert expands the input capacity to 550 sheets, reducing the need for frequent refills in busy office environments. It is designed to fit specific Lexmark models and integrate with existing paper handling to support uninterrupted high-volume printing and document workflows.

Advantages

The tray insert increases paper capacity to 550 sheets, which lowers downtime for paper replenishment and supports longer unattended print runs. It is built to match the paper path and feed mechanics of the compatible Lexmark devices, helping maintain reliable feeding and reducing paper jams. Installation is straightforward and intended to preserve the original device footprint while improving overall throughput.

Suitable for

• High-volume office printing where refill frequency should be minimized
• Shared workgroup environments with frequent monochrome document output
• Departments that process multi-page reports, invoices, or mailings

Key specifications

• Paper capacity: up to 550 sheets
• Compatible paper sizes: standard office formats supported by the device (A4, Letter and similar sizes)
• Paper weight support: typical office paper weights compatible with the host device
• Type: additional input tray/insert designed for integration into the printer's paper feed system

How to use

Power off the printer or follow the device's safe-installation guidance before adding the tray insert. Slide or mount the insert into the designated input bay according to the device alignment points, then load paper up to the indicated 550-sheet capacity, adjusting paper guides for correct alignment. After installation, perform a paper size and source check in the printer's settings if required to ensure the device recognizes the additional capacity.

Recommendations

Use quality, flat and dry paper within the weight range recommended for your Lexmark device to minimize feeding issues. When loading large quantities, fan the stack briefly to reduce sticking, and avoid mixing different paper sizes or weights in the same tray to prevent misfeeds.
