How to use

Mount the flap disc on a compatible angle grinder following the grinder and disc manufacturer instructions. Start with moderate speed and light pressure to achieve an even result, increasing pressure slightly for faster material removal if necessary. Move the disc along the workpiece with steady, overlapping passes to avoid gouging. Allow the abrasive to do the work; avoid excessive lateral force and overheating the surface.

Recommendations

Use appropriate personal protective equipment including eye, ear and hand protection. Select the correct grit and disc size for the task and consult the angle grinder’s maximum RPM rating to ensure safe operation.
