Kabelmanagementpaneel LOGON RAO420BL 1U zwart 19 inch

The LOGON RAO420BL 1U cable management panel by Lanview is designed for 19-inch equipment racks. With a black finish and a compact 1U height, it provides a frontal channel for routing and securing patch cords, power leads and network cabling. The panel measures 482 mm in width and 75 mm in depth, matching standard rack mounting spacing while minimizing protrusion into rack depth.

Advantages

This cable management panel creates a defined pathway for cables, reducing tangles and simplifying tracing of connections. The low-profile 1U size saves rack space while the sturdy construction supports frequent cable changes and prevents strain on connectors. A smooth black finish resists scratches and visually integrates with standard rack equipment, contributing to better airflow and a neater rack appearance.

Suitable for

• Patching and organizing network, fibre and power cables in 19-inch server or network racks
• Data centres, server rooms and telecommunication cabinets
• IT closets and wiring racks where maintaining airflow and accessibility is important
• Environments requiring frequent cable reconfiguration or maintenance

Key specifications

• Form factor: 1U rack-mounted cable management panel
• Rack compatibility: 19-inch standard racks
• Colour: black
• External width: 482 mm
• Depth: 75 mm
• Finish: durable smooth coating suitable for professional installations

How to use

Mount the panel in a vacant 1U position in a 19-inch rack using compatible mounting hardware. Route cables through the frontal channel and position them so that connectors are accessible and not under tension. Use cable ties or Velcro straps to secure bundles to the panel and maintain separation between data and power lines where applicable. Ensure that the panel is fastened evenly to prevent twisting and to keep the cable pathway stable during maintenance.

Recommendations

Plan cable paths before installation to preserve rack space and airflow. Group similar cable types together and avoid overfilling the panel to reduce stress on connectors. Regularly inspect mounted cables after reconfiguration to ensure ties remain secure and that cable bends stay within acceptable limits for the installed cable type.
