Lanview LVN6015SOUT Netwerkkabel zwart 15 m Cat6a S/FTP (S-STP)

Lanview LVN6015SOUT is a 15 m Cat6a S/FTP high-flex outdoor patch cable with PUR jacket, designed for industrial and outdoor network connections. The cable supports Class EA (500 MHz) performance for up to 10 Gbps Ethernet and features gold-plated connector contacts for reliable signal transmission. The PUR jacket provides UV and oil resistance and improved mechanical durability in harsh environments.

Advantages

The high-flex design allows frequent bending and movement without compromising performance. S/FTP shielding ensures stable data transmission and protection from electromagnetic interference. The PUR outer sheath offers resistance to UV exposure, oils and abrasion, making the cable suitable for demanding outdoor and industrial applications. Channel compliance with Fluke DSX-8000 verifies performance consistency for structured cabling tests.

Suitable for

• 10 Gbps Ethernet connections in outdoor or industrial settings
• Voice, data and video transmission requiring Class EA / 500 MHz performance
• Environments with exposure to UV light, oils or mechanical strain
• Temporary or movable installations needing high-flexibility patching

Key specifications

• Model: Lanview LVN6015SOUT
• Length: 15 m
• Standard: Cat6a (Class EA), 500 MHz
• Shielding: S/FTP (overall foil + individually shielded pairs)
• Data rate: up to 10,000 Mbit/s (10 Gbps)
• Jacket material: PUR (UV and oil resistant)
• Connector contacts: gold-plated
• EAN: 5704174654124

How to use

Connect one RJ45 plug to the network device (switch, router or network card) and the other plug to the corresponding port on the remote device. Ensure connectors are fully inserted until they click to guarantee a secure connection. Route the cable to avoid sharp bends or kinks; while the high-flex PUR jacket tolerates movement, maintain bend radii recommended for Cat6a cables to preserve signal quality. For permanent outdoor installations, protect connectors and terminations from direct moisture using appropriate sealing or outdoor-rated enclosures.

Recommendations

Use this Lanview Cat6a S/FTP PUR patch cable where high-speed 10Gbps links are required in outdoor or industrial environments. For best long-term performance, avoid prolonged exposure of connectors to standing water and inspect the cable periodically for mechanical damage.
